Summer Lovin'

So I'm back from the long weekend...

Although I did work part of it.

The other part was pretty relaxing.

I can't really complain when I end the weekend with a meal like this...

{smoked chicken chile rellenos with black beans and rice + pulled pork nachos and fresh guacamole + fudge pie + mexican martinis}

Oh but I did have to share all of that with the hubby.

Yes, even the fudge pie with pecans and fresh whipped cream.

So I will be working out today.

And everyday the rest of this week.

But it was worth it.  :)

{In other fabulous news}

I plan on making some amaretto dream cupcakes this week.

(more working out will have to occur to eat those too)

&

I have stocked the shop with new summery goodness.

Yay for cupcakes and summertime!

Have a lovely day!

Had to stop back and let you know how much I like your work in your Etsy shop!

In particular, I am smitten with the Summer collage on this post. It takes me right to the lake, Lake Michigan that is, although I'm certain your shots of of the ocean.
