My husband and I moved to Austin a couple of years ago and are currently renting a
600 sq. ft. late 1950s cottage. It has all of the original windows and wood floors. The cabinets and drool-worthy tile countertops make my heart sing. The ceilings are wooden ship lap that have been painted a fun, vintage apple green by the previous tenants. I adore all of it's vintage charm and love to spruce it up as much
as I can. My mom taught me how to move furniture and redecorate at a very young age. And of course my degree in Interior Design never hurts either. So little projects tend to sprout up all the time...
