a tour... oh baby!

so normally Tuesday is house tour day.

but the market here in Austin hasn't been so spectacular lately.

nothing really worth sharing.

SO

I've been looking at different baby rooms for inspiration for a friend of mine.

I love nurseries.

the precious little details.

all just wrapped up and presented in such a beautiful fashion.
