801 Rutherford PL

Forgive me Father for I have sinned.

It's been way too long since my last house tour post.

Five Hail Mary's and recite after me,

I heart 1920's cottages.

Meet 801 Rutherford PL.

AKA:  Makin' me smitten

Do old fashioned doors, original floors and windows make you drool?

What about tons of natural light, original trim, and archways?

Ok, what about...

butcher block counters and plenty of cabinet space?

(oh and I do see a dishwasher peeking out in the corner!!)

Would a sitting room off your master help ease the pain of only having one bathroom?

Still feeling the natural light, original windows and floors...

What about a mini park in your backyard?

Are you feeling the love?

If not, there is a virtual tour if you need more penance.

Please Father, forgive me for I have sinned, again.

I'm lusting after this home.

What a beauty, thanks so much for sharing because without your tours I'd never see such delightful homes :-)

Ok that is one nice house...and what great back yard...you'd have to include those gorgeous trees in as many posts as possible. Are you thinking you might need this little haven???...smile on Rosie

I will take it! Beautiful and perfect, even with one bathroom. Our house was built in 1928... not sure I could ever live in a new house now. The old charm is what makes it a home for me.

PS - I left an award for you on my blog this morning!

Okay, I love this, too. I have such a weakness for small, cute homes with lots of character + charm :)
