When we moved here we happened to acquire extremely ugly, plastic patio furniture. We found it on the far back end of the house ( I wonder why...) but since we like to enjoy sitting outside, I brought it around front. Since we didn't want to spend a ton of money on a new set, I decided to makeover what the previous owners so graciously left behind. :)

On a side note: I planted more flowers last week and they are still alive!! AND I received a free loquat tree seedling from the Austin Green Home and Garden show, and she is still alive too!!
Other news: My mom is lending me her sewing machine so I can make some slipcovers and chair covers. I have some projects lined up and I'll post more before and after photos once I get the ball a rollin'. Until then, if you are having beautiful weather like I am, get out there and enjoy it!!

I like the new patio furniture. It is so fun and happy.
Try to make some cushions too, promise they will not just make you cushion comfortable to sat with, they will make them look more attractive and beautiful too.
