Wow! Both are so unique! I love the big rooms in the first one and the second ones, doorways and fireplace are amazing! And the floors in both?! I can't choose!
I don't know that I could. Love the wide open feel to the first and it has it's own great features but the second has a more..elegant feel but more closed in. Fun tour!
I love both of them for their simplicity. All of that history and character...Love It!

I am loving the first one. The big porch, open floor plan, and the bathroom is amazing!
I'd choose the second one, although both look good! Must be fun to choose all furniture and decorations!
the second one is beautiful. the kitchen is actually killing me.
