How many of you love a good ole' fashioned picnic?
The kind with a blanket, scrumptious eats, lemonade and probably bugs.
Minus the last part, I really enjoy getting out and enjoying the sunshine.
(under a tree of course... remember that white vampire skin I talked about)
We got a ton of rain this evening,
but hopefully...
I'll be able to have a little picnic soon.
I'm off to San Antonio today.
To visit my parents, grandparents, and sister.
We have dinner plans set to celebrate my mom's last session of chemotherapy.
I'm so proud of my mom.
She is a breast cancer survivor and one tough cookie.
I mean, she teaches pre-kindergarten for goodness sake!
Hope you all have a wonderful day.
The weekend is not far away... time to start planning your picnic!! :)

have a wonderful time with your family and I know they are going to enjoy having you with them. So glad to hear your Mom has battled well and winning. Blessings
I didn't know you mom had cancer. I'm glad to hear that she is doing well. I will keep you all in my prayers. Miss you guys! Lots of love.
Hi Bonnie .... What a special occasion, for your Mom to be having her last chemo session. My sister Nancy (who is also on 365) finished chemo and radiation for breast cancer last August. She was diagnosed at Stage 1, thank goodness. But it's all taken a lot out of her, and it's hard emotionally because there is always that question as to whether it will come back. When you have a loved one who has battled it, it gives you a whole new passion for the cure. I'm so glad your Mom is a fighter and is doing well. Hope you have a wonderful time gathering together with your family. And yes ... picnics! Yeah! Love them!
