Friday Pretties this week are full of previously uncharted roads for me.
I've always had the desire to take back roads.
The ones where it's ok if you get lost.
Because what you find is oh so worth it.
Getting from point A to point B is better taken slowly.
So cheers to road trips with opportunities at enjoying life no matter where the road my lead you.

Oh Bonnie ... You don't know how it stirs my heart to see your pictures of back roads. Your processing adds so much to the charm of your photos. The vintage feel fits so well with the relaxed and quiet mood of the back-road scenery. It would be fun to take a trip all across the USA if one could do it all on back roads. Imagine what one would see! And what one could photograph! Sigh.

I too love taking the back roads. It's so much easier with GPS because I feel more free to wander and when it is time to head home, I let the GPS guide the way!

I love taking back roads too! I am always in such a hurry to get where I am going in that I forget to enjoy the ride. As I get older I am slowing down to enjoy the view a little more- well, I am trying.
