I always knew it wasn't easy to reupholster furniture,
but I guess I never really understood just quite the amount of work it actually involves.
I came across an article last night on Etsy's Blog, The Storque. They were featuring a local Austin reupholstery shop, Spruce Home. I haven't been in their store YET... although when I scrounge up enough hard earned $$$ I will be taking my wingback chair there.
If you've ever been interested in the process of reupholstery, check out the video below.
{I was fascinated by the whole thing...}

Did you hear about the guy who had an accident at the reupholstery factory?
He's fully recovered now.
(Sorry, couldn't help it.)
I really want to learn this skill! Someday...
Okay, it's sealed. Our little family loves Willie, too! ;)
I'll have to come back to watch the video - I've always been interested to learn more about it... And I'm such a DIYer at heart, that I wouldn't be surprised if I gave it a try at some point. Although, not having the proper tools or skills, it certainly wouldn't look as dapper as these lovelies.
