At the end of each week I'll be posting my shots from the 365 Project.
Any feedback is always welcome.

After The Rain 4/365
"Rain showers my spirit and waters my soul." ~ Emily Logan Decens
I awoke this morning to the sound of rain tapping against my window. Tap... tap... tap... such a mesmerizing sound.
Once the sun came out to play and my camera batteries were fully charged, I looked for inspiration around my front yard. Still in my pj's and bare feet of course...
I couldn't decide on just one photo to share so I decided to make a collage.

Playing With Sunshine 5/365
I'm always trying to take photos of my dog. He doesn't really seem to care which is great, but getting him to sit still for long is always a challenge. I keep trying new angles and the sun was shining and I got lucky... He heard something, the ears perked up, and right as he was about to bolt, I snapped the shot.
(oh did I forget to mention I'm sprawled out on the ground and got tackled as he went to investigate whatever squirrel or cat crossed his path.....)
I've been playing with Picnik for that past few days... I've maybe had it a week. Been having fun with it though. I just wanted to see how different exposures and color saturations played on contrasts and mood.

New Growth 6/365
Sorry guys, don't have much time today. Decided to take a shot of my cat grass that just sprouted up a few days ago. Looks like I'll have to mow the grass soon.... I'm glad to know I can grow grass. :) Pretty much everything else I try to grow sadly doesn't make it. So now I have proof that there is a happy plant in my house!
Look Within 7/365
Just a tiny drop of wine left.
I was searching around trying to think of something to photograph and just started goofing around.
Disclaimer: There was no drinking involved while taking this shot. (The bottle was emptied last night!)

Life Is Ruff 8/365
I didn't set this shot up. My pup is just that pitiful...
I haven't taken the photo for today yet, but I will post it once the inspiration hits. :)
Happy Weekend!!!

These are wonderful - I especially like the photo of the wheat grass.... the way the light is playing within the blades and the reflection on the countertop... It's pretty spectacular. And I love the last one, with your do laying by the front door - you captured a very sweet moment there.
Have a great Sunday, Bonnie!

I also love the photo of the cat grass. It is very spring. The photo of Noah is so pitiful. The wine bottle is my favorite photo. I never would have thought to take a photo of that view. LC
I like your photos. Good inspiration since I got the camera for my birthday. And about the wine, even if you did drink it for the photo, it could have been all in the name of art.
Thanks for visiting me and becoming a follower.
